With Chase, no one knows how the dice will roll. Someone got approved with a 524 score for the Freedom. Others with scores in the 800 have been denied. So it is weird what is going on.
If your gut tells you to wait, then it is best to wait and vice versa.

Chase will pull any of the three and they do on a regular basis. You're almost assured that EX will be pulled and Chase quite often will double pull
