Check Your Chase Statements if you receive e-statements

Review Them!  My boss just missed making his payment because there was a *glitch* in Chase's email program.

They immediately took off the $39 late fee, but will not deduct the interest.

Just giving everyone an alert in case!!!!!!

Good point, but I never rely on a email message, or the paper statement, to arrive before thinking about making a payment.  I know when my accounts close and I almost always go in to the accounts online before I get notice and make payment.  In the end we are all responsible to keep track of our debts.  Don't rely on a creditor to remind you.

Guys and gals, you should still check the statements because they can change your due date without telling you!!! Calendars are super and all, but always check the due date when the statement cuts, anyway.
