Practically all cards can be a YMMV if they are auto CLI's

NFCU Cards = HP for CLI

Thanks CS800, from my understanding it does not for GE cards, but i am listing them separately because some people may not know the card they have is a GE card.

AFAIK it does differ somewhat between GE cards.  IE some say Care Credit is a hard pull for CLI.

I am hoping people will respond and they will make this a sticky. Its sometimes difficult searching to see if a particular card pulls Soft or Hard.

This will make it easier.

AMEX is hard after 25k.

Capitol One: auto cli (soft).  customer CLI = do they even allow it?  but I have heard HP when they did.
