I just got an offer for a BCE this past weekend. 0% on purchases and balance transfer through May 2017 plus $250 statement credit after spending $1,000 in first 3 months. What does TE stand for?
True earnings =Costco

It will come back. I have had that happen with me.Thanks for the confirm! Just making sure, it's a sp, right? (When you click on "add the card")
Not sure what you're asking enlighten me pls
1) if you just click on it to view the offer and details
2) accepting the offer and the card
1= sure you can w/o HP or SP
2= HP if approve SP if denied
YMMV
I've been getting the pre-approved pop up for months now, when I log into my Amex account and go into my TE account. Its 0% interest until next year, $300 with $2500 spend in three months. I've been waiting to see what the final offers from either Amex or Citi will be before I accept the offer.
I'm curious if folks with TE and BCE are seeing anything.
I opened my TE card last April knowing the Costco Amex relationship was to end in a years time. The CL has grown nicely to 18k and the APR has dropped a couple of percentage points. My BCE offer has been consistantly SP open at current CL. $100 for 1st $1,000 spent in 3 mo.
Will prob app for PenFed Visa Promise and then accept BCE near the end of TE's life, keeping the CL. Close the card as I really have no desire for a Citi Visa and yet another new account and AAoA drag down. That the TE history is not rolled into the BCE does not make me happy and in hindsight I wished I'd have apped the BCE to begin with.

To see the offer go to the "Benefits" tab once you log into your AMEX online account. You will see an "Offer" tab there with your offers.
Use add the card and most probably it will be an SP. I was told the same by a nice executive and it was indeed SP for me.
Good luck!
updated my post peeps!
