Does this mean i will be declined? fico scores low 600. no baddies. Anyone else see this message when apping?

I browsed WGMC and it looks like 650 or higher EQ people were approved.  Someone even mentioned that it took a 650 in their comment section.

650?? Wow AMEX told me on a reconn call last night that they would approve 650 and above so long as everything was explainable. That would be basically for any of their entry level cards

I app'd for thier citi prof card and had that message under reviewed too.. called in the next day, and found out they denied me.. EXP 699. but with 3 recent inq. no baddies.  

goodluck! try to call in for a manual review..

i received this email two days after the 30 days message:

Congratulations and welcome to Citi® Dividend Platinum Select® card membership! Your account was approved on 04/05/2008 with a credit line of $$4,000. You should receive your new card and Card Agreement within a week.

i had an experian score of 638 before i applied to microcenter and driver's edge last month

thanks sylviatob. i was shocked that i wasnt denied. these are my last cc applications for a while. my mom thinks i should go to some credit/fico rehab. lol
