I just recieved two pre approvals for a Citi Bank Plat Select, and Cash Rewards...

Can I apply for both on the same day?

Can I combine them immediatly so only 1 TL reports?

Are Citi PreApprovals true "pre approved offers?"

They allow 2 apps in 60 days, so yes, unless you have apped with them in the past 60 days.

Preapproval doesn't mean you cannot be declined. If you apply for 2 cards and are approved for both you will get two tradelines.

From what I've read, combining CLs is pretty easy with Citi.

I think Concord can chime in on this one.
