SP verbage is there, they SP TU on 4/20 card was 27% UTL , Just paid it off , statement cut, hasnt reported yet .. over all UTL has dropped.
Do I look for last SP on EQ since that is the bank card score they show or do they pull TU for CLI? Im waiting a few days for the new balance to report before I do any thing so figured I would ask here while I wait.
Last EQ-08 bank card score on 4/21/2020 was 732
I am pretty sure they use the EQ 08 BE score showing in your account. If denied, no clocks get reset with Citi and you can ask again whenever you want.

K, I was declined a CLI for Citi/Costco back on April 22nd because per Citi my EQ still showed a BK. That BK has been removed since then.
You're saying I can try again for a CLI now? I am guessing it would continue to be a SP?

As long as the SP language is there, yes!
And as long as they use an updated report that doesn't show the BK.
If your BK was showing at the end of April, chances are it's going to show if the same report is used. But as K said, you can try again anytime, so you can go for it once they have a clean report on you.

I got a report on May 3rd having all CBs showing the BK as being off.
I just tried now again and now again and the verbiage was there that it would be a soft pull and of course AGAIN I got:

What is the date of your last credit score on on citi site?

Jesus, I never thought of that, it's April 21st. I assumed (dumb on my part) they would just do a fresh SP per the CLI request. If they are going by that, sure the BK is still on there on that date, no doubt.
Yeah I don't think they do a new SP. My approvals and denials are within milliseconds; I don't think their back end can pull and process a decision that quickly, so the decision is already done based on your most recent report. Try again as soon as you see an updated score on Citi!
