First off, I am aware YMWV. However, I wanted to see if some Myfico peeps who may have similar profile as mine and if you got approve or denied outright. Obviously, if denied, one can always try to recon the application. Trying to gauge the overall likelihood of my application getting approved now or should I hold off a few months. Here are the details of my profile.

pretty sure myFico is still offering free monthly EQ Fico 8 on a free plan: https://www.myfico.com/products/fico-free-plan-b
can't find the link public so I don't know if it's still being offered, only found it because someone posted it here when they started the free plan

Citi hates new accounts. I would wait, especially since this card is only good for long 0% BTs and never has a SUB--both things never change.
@reluctantgarden I know Citi dislikes new accounts, but is there a timeline that they find "acceptable"? Similar to hard inquiries, hurts more in the first 3 months to 6 months vs 7 months to 24 months. Data points are kinda all over the place with people approval with Citibank.
@pizza1 stated had to cool the jets as <insert pronoun> had several new accounts. Would like to know how many new accounts and inquiries <insert pronoun> at the time...Some report 4-6 accounts in the last 12 months and still approved, but the next person said 3 new account in the last 2 years and got denied.
I've seen more

I've seen more of the latter and experienced it as well.
As they YMMV, Citi does have a memory on BK with them, I would even think so for ch7. I went Ch13 with them for a few thousand. Over Twenty years later they sent me a pre-approval for their diamond. I went online, filled out the application. I'm not kidding, someone came online for a chat, asked me a couple of questions, I think one was this an address where I live when I went bk13. I said yes, and I was denied. I've seen some people on here got back in with them. Only reason I have a citi card now is that they bought the Costco Amex portfolio. So yes YMMV....
Where are all the Citibank-aficionados?
@ways2go Thank you for your reply. Do you recall any data points when you applied that you can share to help me make an "educated" try 😂.
