How are ppl contacting CITI for the apr reduction.

Has anyone reduce their perm ARM while being on a promo (like to 0 apr for 21 mo?)

My offer I'm looking at is 13.24 after 21 mo of 0 promo.

I don't think it is. I seem to recall reading somewhere that you have to use a regular computer/laptop and website to see the Chat option.  I've never seen the chat on the mobile app, either.

I've only done the Chat with Citi... was successful getting reductions all three or four times, so I never bothered with calling.

I've called with another Card issuer and also had success, so I guess it probably doesn't matter.
