Except that there are World cards, and some Siggies, too, that report limits.
Both my World cards do. (BofA and USAA)
my BofA visa signature does not report a limit. that is okay with me. i have a plan that may help boost my score. since it only reports the high and revolving balance, i plan to charge the card near the limit at best buy with merchandise, that i will immediately return untouched, as soon as an unpending balance posts. i haven't gotten around to it yet.

I have a Dividend World MasterCard and Preferred Diamond I got lately and I was initially worried about the CL not being reported. I pulled my EQ today and both reported my CL.
