isnt this a possible clawback?

In my opinion, clawbacks are unjustifiably feared too much. A cc issuer puts out a welcome offer with certain conditions (usually spend $X in n months), the applicant applies for the card, the applicant meets said conditions, cc issuer awards applicant the bonus, done. Offer made, offer accepted, conditions met. Done deal.

looks live now afaik, as long as you have at least a monthly dd of any kind with them
Does the conversion still work in 2025?
I'm considering applying for DC card and then converting it to custom cash so that I can have 2 of them. I converted one last year.
If I remember correctly, there was a holding period after you get a new card before you can ask to convert it to another card.

Yes, it still works, I recently PCed a diamond Preferred before the promo ended on it and they still allowed me to pc to a 2nd Customcash several months early: https://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/Credit-Cards/Just-joined-the-x2-Citi-CustomCash-club-via-PC/m-p/681...
Cool! Thanks for letting me know. I'll apply and then start the 1 year counter since I read you should have the card for a year before requesting a product change.
