Citi Hilton Honors Signature Card Reports Credit Limit on CR

To my surprise, Citi HHonors card is already reporting on my EX CR before even I got the card in my hand. More that than to my sweet surprise, it reports Credit Limit of $12K on my CR. That means I dont have to worry like other worry about their Signature Cards. Woo Hoo....

Ah, now that is interesting to know. I wish they would on their World MC's too. By the way concord, I am glad to hear you are going to stop applying. Your apps were starting to get ME concerned, and I'm not a credit issuer!

12 Months no more Apps except for Mortgage some time around Sept / Oct of this Year. I dont carry balance and I do PIF, how many cards do I need. I have to slowly start closing some of my cards.

Be judicious! Don't just close to have less accounts. The only damage I could imagine from unused cards would be from an issuer saying you had too much available credit. The damage, what there was of it, was already done with the app. Credit is not debt!

That is great to know!  Thanks for sharing.  One of the Hilton cards is on my list, but I haven't decided which one.  The decision just became a bit harder now that the CL isn't an issue for the Citi version.
