Citi Premier or DC

I was recently declined for Amazon Prime Visa. I want to apply for CITI DC or Premier. My EX is 715 with 4 INQ. Uti is 2%. I have three new accounts opened within the last two/three months. AAoA 7 years. Income is 130k.

Alternatively, I would like to apply for BOA Cash Rewards. I do have retail relationship with them but I burned BOA for a 3k and paid that back over 7 years ago.

Do I have a shot for either one or I should wait 6 months?

Re: Citi Premier or DC

One useful piece of data would be the denial reason(s) given from the Amazon Prime (unless it's just  a 5/24 decline which is Chase specific)

Chase cited,

Insufficient time since Chase account were opened,

Excessive available credit,

My available credit is not excessive  in relations to my obligations.

Re: Citi Premier or DC

The most difficult CC cards from Citi are possibly Premier and Costco. To get them, you possibly should have clean sheet in the past 6 months to avoid wasting HP. Citi previously had a prequal website and you might check your chance of approval there before submitting the main application.
