opened my Prestige 1/19/16 @ 15.49%

opened my Premier 2/5/16 @ 21.24%

called today and asked for a reduction and was put on hold and got the following results

Prestige 15.49%-------> 15.24%

Premier 21.24%---------> 15.24%

very happy considering the accounts are brand new
