Of course it is. 
I was just responding to the questions of why OP posted the thread. It was for those that were unhappy with the recent news of Prestige changes and was considering cancelling. If you are not unhappy and considering cancelling,etc, then no need for you to call Retention Dept. That's all.
For the second time today multi posts have had to be removed from a thread for violations of our TOS. On myFico we help people we dont post anything that is flaming or non respectful. If someone doesnt understand what someone has posted they are certainly allowed to ask a question about and that person doesnt deserve to be looked at with indignation, its not going to be tolerated here and if that is what you want to do then you need to go do it somewhere else.
