Not sure but perhaps you can call in and talk to a csr and explain your situation? I would imagine you can do BT from Chase to Citi . Best of luck to you on your appSmiley Happy

In the past I've had issues with my last name due to the suffix (I'm a 'Jr') but when this happens I just leave it off then have it corrected later by a CSR after I'm approved.  (It's easier than it once was... usually I can now simply include it with my last name if there's not a special field for it.)

If you can't find a similar work-around you might have to call them for assistance.

Im a Jr as well, so should I not include my last name ? Also I didnt include the suffix when I submitted. Just first and last name

If you mean not include your suffix, yes, I would try it both ways (obviously last name is required).

In my case, credit apps will "match' up with my credit bureau records with or without the suffix, so it tends not to matter.  As a matter of personal preference, anytime I'm not able to add 'Jr' to my name on an app I will have it added later, but it's never been required for me to be approved.

If you tried it without the suffix and your last name doesn't have anything unusual (punctuation, double name, etc.) then I would reach out to Citi.  I can't think of anything else that would be causing you to have issues.
