You can ring them and innocently inquire about the application by asking if there is anything else needed to finish processing your application. The real intent here is to actually see what the hold up is or if it is approved and vice versa.
Or, you can sit tight and ride it out. Will keep fingers crossed for you. But if you are anxious, ring them up.
