Citi card users - what's up with linking accounts?

Just registered my new AA Visa. Thought it would be a snap to add to the same setup as my Hilton Visa. Apparently I will have to have two separate logins for two cards? Are you kidding me? I followed the instructions and was hoping to do something like Amex or Chase where all of my cards are viewable on one login and one screen. No dice unless I am way off on what I am doing. I suppose the mobile app is the same way. Bummer.

I guess I was expecting too much. All my accounts on one screen. View balances, available credit, point totals and due dates. Did I mention how Amex and Chase can do this? Even Bank of America rocks single screen multiple account access.

Someone please tell me I am missing something. Please?

I tried it and it said something along the lines of not allowed. I'll try customer service in the morning.

That's probably a technical glitch. I have both Citi cards on the same online account.

What cards do you have linked? I/m trying to link a Hilton and an AA.

Should work, I assume you clicked "Services" -->  under Banking Service Requests --> "Link/Unlink Citi Credit Card?"

While I don't have the Hilton, I have about 4 cards linked, one of which is the AA.  However, there was a time when it didn't work while I tried to link a new Premier card, requiring me to call in to have it linked manually.  In my case, there was a slight address mismatch.

When you call in, they will most assuredly link it all on a single page.

Thanks I will try calling to get some assistance in the morning. I have tried both ways AA > Hilton and Hilton > AA. Same result as seen in the attached file.

Maybe your new card is so new that the system hasn't fully registered it yet? You've activated the card, right?
