Citi contact number for reconsideration???

I was denied for a Citi Mastercard, the CSR told me that I would have to reapply to be reconsidered, that there was nobody I could talk to, from what I've read here she doesn't know what she's talking about or is just flat out reading a script...  Does anyone know where I could locate a number where I might get in touch with an underwriter to ask for a reconsideration?

Planet Feedback right?  I went there, and maybe I'm just dense, but I'm new to all of this really and didn't see anywhere to find contact numbers.

I would call again and ask to speak w/ an account specialist... I don't know of any other ways though.

I called again hoping to get somebody a little more cooperative.  This lady told me that i would need to fax them a copy of my credit report and that I could include a statement and that they would include those things in a reconsideration of my application.

Why would I need to fax them my report?  They already have this don't they?

They're just stalling so you would leave them alone. :-x I'm very stubborn so I'd just keep calling until I get someone who's cooperative. hehe

ASK FOR THE MANAGE AT CITI. THAT HAPPEN TO ME TOO, I APPLY FOR A SIMPLICITY CITI CREDIT CARD I WAS DENIED, SO I TELL THE AGENT TO GET ME A MANAGE TO TALK TO, WHEN THE MANAGE COME I TALK WITH  HIM, HE REVIEW MY APPLICATION AND SEND IT BACK TO THE BACK OFFICE TWO DAYS LATER I CALL TO CHECK THE STATUS AND I WAS APPROVE FOR 3,900.00 DOLLARS , IF CITI TURN YOU DOWN YOU CAN APPEAL IT.
