Citi reporting

So, last month I got approved for the PP Elite which showed no cl when it posted to my cr.  I immediately converted it to a Dividends card.  It updated on EX a few days ago and the cl is still not showing.  Should I call them and ask them to add the cl?  Should I wait for another month?  It's 8500, so it would really help me out if it showed.  What should I do?  Thank you so much!

Re: Citi reporting

Do it now. Ask them why it is not reporting. If it is not something that reports the actual credit limit vs. the limit you owe ask if you can Xfer to something that does (sounds like you already did that).

Re: Citi reporting

Don't they give you a new credit card number when you convert with Citi? So maybe it'll show up next month or something...

Re: Citi reporting

If you are checking your Ex report on TC and the the tl is showing up, click on the top right of the account where it says something like " more infor or about this account" and a new box will pop up and it will show the details of the account like the cl.  Hope this helps.

Re: Citi reporting

I checked the more info and the limit section is blank.  Thank you so much Duckhunter.
