Hi all -
I paid my Citi DC off early because I was leaving the country for a bit and wouldn't be using it anymore in the billing cycle/I didn't want to have to worry about it. I'd heard warnings about not making early payments on the DC if I want to get the payment 1%, but I didn't have problems with that in the past - last time I paid early, the Purchase Tracker amounts were all where they shoulda been and I got my cashback - so I just paid early again.
Noticed I didn't get my usual statement ready email on statement day, so I went into my Citibank account statements section. While I saw the past few months of statements, all I saw new was an Unbilled entry that I could download only in formats besides PDF, and nothing else. I downloaded it and it was indeed the transactions I had made this past month, just not in formatted statement form.
So what's up with that? Does this just sometimes happen? Am I not gonna get my full 2%?
