Citibank Recon Question

Some of you have reported successfully using Planet Feed Back to submit recon letter.  For those of you who have been successful, and have received the infamous "call from the nice lady at the President's Office", I have a question:  To whom was the letter sent via PFB addressed?  When I submitted my letter it seems to have been addressed to a Ms. Laura Martinez, who works within the executive communictions division at Citibank.  Unfortunately I can assure you that Laura's job is NOT to forward grievances to the president/CEO.  Is there someone else that I can either send a message to via planet feed back or by standard mail?

Planetfeedback for citi recons sucks now. Didn't work for me. Citigroup is a huge company, and the Laura Martinez letter goes to CitiBANK in New York. Citibank of South Dakota, a separate division of Citigroup, issues the credit cards. The address above is the one you need.
