I have had this card for 2 years, with a 2k credit limit. They have never auto increased my limit in this time. I understand that there is an online way to ask for a CLI, but for the life of me I CANNOT find it. I have been in account management, accounts, payments, card benefits.... and I have seen no link that even remotely looks like a CLI. Any suggestions????

Look under account management on left column and it's just under a section titled 'request a loan on your card', which is just under 'balance transfers'

click on "account management" button near the top, of the choices in the left hand collumn, will be credit limit increase, be warned that most if not all citi CLI are HP.
citi never realy liked me, they gave me a good starting limit on my first Citicard, 7k, but then only 1k on my simplicty, but they will let you move CL's around. But never any CLI's so its a love hate relationship, they hate me, and they get infrequent luv from BT deals and mostly sit in my sock drawer.
This is what I see under account management....

Strange. There should be more links under 'balance transfers, lines and loans'. I'd call them and ask why that's missing from your account.
