I'm actually in a similar situation; TU is both my highest score and the bureau with the lowest number of inquiries (now down to three!) yet there's nothing I want.
My Synchrony situation is similar; I have four accounts with them already with two of those being my very oldest accounts reporting (13 and 11 years), so I don't really want to rock the boat. I also have the pre-approval for Ebates, and while it's not a bad card by any means it wouldn't be giving me anything I don't already have (at least for the places I shop).
I'm also watching NFCU and BoA closely... although if the early reports are right neither of their upcoming offerings are likely to be a great fit for me.
Wells Fargo likes to pull from TU, as well. The only one of their cards I'd be interested in is the Cash Wise for an easy $200, but it's something.

They pulled EX for my Propel back in January; otherwise I would give the Cash Wise a look.
Back in the late spring I got a mailer for the Cash Wise, but I don't think the marketing dept had picked up yet that I had a Propel... there have been no new mailers recently.
I kind of wish I had the Cash Wise instead of the Propel (Visa instead of Amex) but I mostly got the card for overdraft protection anyway, so it's not worth fussing over.
