As of last year a Comenity Mastercard replaced existing Wayfair Credit Cards. I just got a statement from my Comenity Mastercard back charging me for a Wayfair purchase made in April of 2020. Is that legal? I don't feel like it was a authorized purchase. Different credit card, different account number.....has this happened to anybody else recently?

This is a charge that you made in April 2020 (rather than a fraudulent charge by someone else)? If so, I'm sure the replacement conditions contained language that charges made on the previous card would be carried over.
Of course, the question is why the charge took so long to appear.
