Comenity Credit Card List

Comenity took over Talbots a few months ago. Tripled my CL when they did, too.

They seem to auto CLI every 4-6 months or so. My Ann Taylor was 500 and now is 2080 (yeah, they give weird increases sometimes.)

I got MyPointsVisa rewards thru pre-approval pop up window.

Hoover over the 3rd column titled "Easy Points" and at the bottom is a link for the My Points Visa.  Mine was preapproved too, but only when I clicked that link.  Got 6 months 0% apr, then 19.99 I think and 2000 points upon the 2nd purchase.

I logged into my account and I didnt see anything that said "Easy Points" either. Do you have to have a certain credit score or have frequent activity with your TR account to get that pop up?

Forgot all about this bank (haven't had relationship with them since they were WFNNB???) since I closed my Ann Taylor mastercard a couple of years back. Figured I would apply again.  Wasn't an instant approval, just received the mastercard card in the mail last week with a $6,000 credit limit.  Don't remember last card being that high.

The "easy points" category is for the mypoints visa on mypoints.  The total rewards visa is something different.  It is offered through the Caesar's Total Rewards website.  Both cards are issues by Comenity and it has been said that both offer sp pre-approval/approval if qualified.

I have a VS card that I received in store at checkout ive had it for 7 mths ..im interested in applying on line to get onther cards. What is the shopping cart trick? I applied to Express on line but did the application..and got the 7-10 message.

Go to a store's website that does the preapproval (Express for example), add something to your cart and check out or you can create an account first (I've done it both ways).  When you enter your name and address, you will get a pop-up if the offer is available to you.  Some people get them, some don't.  I got two, but haven't gotten any others.  Do not apply directly for the card if you want to do the shopping card trick.  When you apply directly, there will be a hard pull.  When you get the pre approval offer, it's a soft pull.  If you search for "Comenity Shopping Card Trick" on here or google, you should be able to get some more information about it.
