They never use to be a HP and I requested monthly on many of my comenity cards but then one month I did randomly get hit with 3 HP's.
I use the automated phone system mostly but online should have a button that says we will pull credit and you have to click it before proceeding but that doesn't always happen. You can still plan that 90%+ of the time it won't hp but sometimes I think it's a system glitch and a hp is done.
