Comenity closed ALL of my accounts

Well, here we are again. Comenity closed all of my accounts with them. Never had a missed or late payment. My only really new account with them was my new Virgin America card which hasn't even reported yet. I have been checking them daily after reading reports on here about this happening and today was my lucky day....

Closed accounts:

Sportsmans Guide Visa

Fuel Rewards Mastercard

Virgin America Visa

Overstock

HSN

Wayfair

R.I.P. cards. I hate to say never but I will NEVER do business with Comenity again.

Geez. I totally understand how you feel OP. Just scratch Comenity off your list. There's plenty of other fish in the sea. I've learned to not get attached to any of these lenders. It's all just business. And it's their choice to conduct it however they choose to. Our choice too! 😉

Comenity's turning out to be kind of a jerk these days.

They could at least just turn off your ability to spend then let you close it on your own to avoid the "closed by lender" notation.

Comenity is just doing business as other stated although the way they are doing is pretty crappy.  They are byting the hand that feeds them in some cases.  Wonder how many other innocent non MF people are getting hit by this as well and saying W.T.F did I do?  Not there fault comenity has 90% of the store cards.  Comenity is just as much to blame as the borrower w/regards to this.  Get rid of the SCT Comenity if you are listening as this is part of your problem if you haven't realized yet.  If I was the merchant aka Overstock, Wayfair, VA, I would kinda of be mad at Comenity if they realized what is going on as this hurts their bottom line as well and teaming up with Comenity to offer CC's.

Are Overstock, HSN and Wayfair store cards? I thought they were not closing store cards. I don't have any of their cards but I still think it's awful.

Store cards are being hit now as well.. Originally it was Visa/MC's but appeared recently to have spread
