Comenity no longer has CLI button?

Monthly I usually can increase the credit line on my express and vs cards and now it seems they updated their sites and got rid of the limit increase button, anyone else notice this?

Log out and log back in.  Its there. Yesterday it vanished for a bit on me as well.

I just checked my g/fs VS account and the Request  Credit Limit Increase is right in the middle of the page once you login

The JCrew card site looks much better, I requested a CLI from 1800->2300. 0 transactions since last CLI request.

I'll buy something next month, let it report, PIF and try again. I want the reported 'multiple CLI', no luck this far, only single CLI then the 7-10 message. Open at 1000, then 1400 same day, 1800 and 2300.

Not surprised it vanished and reappeared. There are glitches. Had no problem making my Overstock payment, but when I logged on to my Express account, I had issues trying to select the correct boxes for payment, bank account, and date. I sent a SM to report the technical issues.

Glitches? Or they are tired of overexposing themselves to shaky if improving credit profiles..

Thanks guys, it did reappear, maybe it was just a glitch. I just don't particularly see the harm in getting a monthly cli on a couple cards if it's a soft pull. I don't use them to often but it's helping with my utilization which at the highest has never been over 15%.
