All of my comenity cards are saying this. But I called and each card is still open. Anyone else?























ME TOO! I been holding off waiting to see if this issue would raise a topic.
It's been doing that on my online Comenity Accounts since before the weekend. I assume they must be dinkering with the online accounts pages doing something but the only way you can get to your account balances etc is call the card number. That way you know where your card stands (balances-payments etc.)
Glad I'm not the only one I was getting worried but I called and it says account still open lol! I was searching tonight on here and saw no topics for it soI made one. surprised no one else had made one yet honestly.

I honestly was going to do the same thing that you did with that same screenshot BUT determined that just maybe their technical dept is doing some sort of site wide adjustments to the online accounts and that i would wait until this work week to maybe call them and ask how much longer before resolved.
Yes I got that too with my Zales card. Wanted to login and check a statement, but was unable to. It's been like that since at least last Thursday I believe.
Comenity was doing site maintenance for a few days. my accounts were unaccessable as well. its back to normal now.
I haven't been able to sign in to my Bread Amex for days. No clue if I can or not now but uckily I paid off the card before this happened.
Just website maintenance and updating as the Header says is all. Started last Thursday and I actually used my Comenity Sportsman Warehouse card on this past Saturday afternoon in the store to make a purchase and redeem rewards points. No issues at all.
As of this morning Monday JUN27 none of their online card account sites are yet functioning as they normally do on this end.
Suppose the 'maintenance' is still ongoing.
Just came in to check what could possibly be going on. I've been trying update my address on a Talbots card (recently moved) and it's been like this for a few days. I went to Google and saw that people have been tweeting at Comenity for weeks, saying they can't log in and make payments. I honestly don't remember the last time I logged in. I've been a bit busy with the move (not buying clothes) and don't owe a balance.
