Thank god I'm DC, I basically had to hold my attorney's hand the entire way. I told him what this company is doing, he said he wants no part of credit report issues he just files the BK, so I contacted another attorney and met with him yesterday. He CALLED me a sharlitan because I started disputing my CB after the filing showed on it, and I've only been DC since 10/12 he feels I'm being "sneaky" and also told me that I can't read credit reports correctly after telling him and showing him the 120dpd late reporting. Sooo I'm going to send a packet of info to the CBs, dispute once more, file a BBB claim if that comes back not changed, and try and locate another attorney who might help.
I'm sorry to have taken your thread off your original topic of Comenity (again), but you might consider posting the information here - in this post - in a new thread over in 'Rebuilding'... there are people there with a legal background and experience who might be able to help.
(I won't derail your thread again... my future posts on this thread will be on Comenity.)

I will agree totally with Uncle B here. Go start a separate thread in rebuilding, so we can keep this thread just for you app status update later
I got bored again.. Applied my husband for a Hot Topic card as primary and me as an auth user. Instantly approved for $250. Should I hit a Luv botton or anything? I'm not really sure how that "works". I tried using him to apply for the store card I applied for yesterday, Torrid and using his info I got the same information I got. He didn't have any Commenity cards in his name when we filed BK. At least he now has the 1st card on his "wish list" haha.
Pizza 1, I got my app back which was a denial. It stated the reason as to my other Comenity accounts, which were IIB but they didn't take a loss. So I'll wait and apply at a later date for myself I suppose. The app I did for my husband came back wanting them to verify his info. Does that mean it's an approval after he verifies or they want to make sure he's who he says he is? It's weird that one Comenity app gave an instant approval, yet the other is doing this.
You might want to have yor husband apply usig the SCT method for that card.. But, be careful, don't overdo it with the SCT cards - you don't want to be stuck in toy limit hell!

Sorry, but I'm going to hijack this thread again.
Now, I am no legal expert, but if Comenity didn't "take a loss" (which I assume means had zero balance when you filed), why were they even included in your bankruptcy filing? Probably something else to post to the rebuilding thread, because based on a gut feeling (and comments you made about him), I don't think your BK attorney handled things properly. But again, I am no legal expert, and would encourage you to ask around to find someone that is, and who will give you good advice.
