Turned off online statments. Wanted just one for a hard copy.

They send me 3-4 emails a day asking me to sign up for online statments.

The email they send it from is the main one, so I can't block it.

That's weird...maybe you could call CS and see if they can mail you a hard copy. The best of luck to you.

I needed a mailed copy of a single statement to show proof of my address to get my Georgia Driver's License renewed.  I called around and had mixed results.  My regular home town bank mailed me one no problem.  My credit union mailed me one and charged me $3.00 for the priveledge.  Cap One and BofA both claim they mailed one but I have yet to recieve them.  Citi said the only way to get one was to change my paperless setting so I just told em not to worry about it.  I only needed 2 but I asked for the 4.  Better safe and have too many than not have enough.

I didn't try Comentiy, but I bet if you called they would mail you a single statement without having to change your paperless setting.  In my experience, Citi was the only one who couldn't figure it out.
