The notices all seem to state that email and name were the only things they had. This is not true as emails from Epsilon have account number information also. Not necessarily bank account information but I did look back and advertising emails for Hilton HHonors include my HHonors number. This is just one more element that will make it easy for Phishing emails to have a much higher success rate.
Our information is far too easily shared without our approval. There should be a massive class action suit against not only Epsilon but ALL the companies who shared our information without direct approval. I know they have wording that allows for a loophole but they should specifically say: "We will be sharing your information with another company who has little to no understanding of data security with the intention of us trying to make more money.". I very much doubt if anyone would agree to that. Remember, we are also backed into a corner with the sharing of this information. Do you want to open an account with them, access account information, etc? You have to share your email address.
So far, the list I have seen of companies who worked with Epsilon and were part of this loss are:
1-800-Flowers
AbeBooks

Barclays Bank of Delaware
Beachbody
Bebe
Best Buy

(edited 4/5) - Change the order of the list to correct the alphabetizing.

(edited 4/12) - Added Ralph Lauren. Wow, apparently they are still digging out from this, just got the notice from RL.
Just got the email for my Home Depot Consumer Credit Card. (HSBC?)
Never mind, I see Home Depot on your list. People don't usually include the word "The" in alphabetizing. I would put home depot in the Hs and The College Board in the Cs.
Is anybody getting a ton of spam emails?
I have noticed any extra spam mails yet. Others???
I haven't received any spam mail. My Yahoo account handles those types of emails very well.

The list is not my own so I did not alphabetize the list, it was provided in that manner. The Home Depot is the name of the company and should be alphabetized under T. The College Board is not really the name rather it is College Board so it should be under C.

I wierdly got an email from Victoria's Secret this morning with the subject line "Get Noticed, Gorgeous". It has a picture of some super cute model (Miranda Kerr?) sitting on a white chair. I'm beginning to like Epsilon people ;-)
BTW: I have nothing to do with VS :-S
