I used the concierge to find someone to connect my elderly father's new Kindle (he lives across the country from me and his vision/dexterity couldn't manage it, even after a couple of hours trying to talk hin through it). They got me a couple of services for seniors in the area and with a few more calls we got someone to go over (for FREE) to do it.
I was very impressed with the pleasant and helpful service. I used the Mastercard World Arrival Plus concierge.

Good to know I'll try Visa when I have the chance also.
The first 5 years of my Corp life, I worked in Midtown. People around the country may not realize this, but Amex is the King of New York. It's their town where Amex acceptance is on par with Visa/MC.
The Plat Concierge has gotten me reservations to restaurants with a month or two wait list, Broadway shows sold out for 6 months and hotel rooms when there's none to be had.
*Edited* PS - JPM Ritz's concierge I've yet to try, but hope to soon.
So can they get me a table at Dorsia at 8:00 or 8:30, perhaps?
