I've never used concierge services, but it's available on my Citi Diamond Pref MC. Does anyone here use concierge services? Is there any great benefit to using them?
I haven't used the services before, but I was with my former employer on a couple of occasions when he used the service with his Amex Platinum. It was pretty impressive. He had a client visiting from out of town and was able to get us into Morton's Steakhouse in Chicago at the very last minute, after the restaurant had told him that getting a table that night would be "highly unlikely."

cheddar, have you acually used the concierge services before? If you get a special table using your new Amex Platinum, will you let us know?

Their first test will be to see what kind of seats they can score me when my Cubs come to town to play the Mets in September. For the record, I don't have an Amex Platinum. Just got the Citi Platinum Amex.

Cubs and Mets? Gross! You should use the concierge to see a good ball club play, like the Braves!
