Confusing! What Visa should I apply for?!

I have a 3 yr old Bk and my current scores are
749
764
649 <-- I know

I am not sure which Visa to apply for with those scores.  Iwant to get the best interest rate for my scores.

Someone point me in the right direction please.  The sticky only schows scores up to mid 600's

Thanks!

I would find out which visa pulls from which report and apply for the one that will not look at that 649 Smiley Happy

Re: Confusing! What Visa should I apply for?!

Are those scores FICOs or FAKOs? IE Did you get them from MyFICO or are they from a credit monitoring service? Also can you repost which score is from which CRA?

Re: Confusing! What Visa should I apply for?!

Finding an EX puller won't be hard and with that score I'd say you'd have a very good chance for approval. Why specifically a Visa?

BofA likes to pull EX. If you're interested in Credit Unions both CCCU and Patelco are EX pullers.

Juniper pulls TU but I'd avoid them like the plague.

Re: Confusing! What Visa should I apply for?!

With your hi scores for TU and EX try one of these cards

TU: Discover (the Discover More and Motiva are great cards)

EX: Amex (blue or blue cash), Citibank, Wells Fargo, BoA

I don't know who Chase pulls from.  I just got approved for a $7k rewards card and don't see a hard inquiry.

Discover being a TU puller is very YMMV! They pulled both EQ and EX for me. Chase pulled EQ for me.
