I have 2 high fee, low limit cards, one with First Premier the other with Continental Finance.
CF is impossible to get anywhere with. You call their main customer service # at 1-800-518-6141 and option 5 is to speak with a representative, you are then connected with a message that says "Please call 866-489-3649" and then hung up on.
Once you call that # and enter your account information, you are only given options to report your card stolen or pay your bill.... if you press 0 or any other option you are hung up on.
Are there real people at CF or just answering machines? Anyone find a phone number for them that works?
