do you have a number that i can call...i need to speak with someone thats willing to help.....i spoke with a supervisor same thing....they dont change secured to unsecured accounts
I got my Cap1 secured card in March, then a QS1 card in June. I've aquired two more cards in that time, unsecured. I called Cap1 to see about chaging things up to get rid of the AF on both of their cards. They said no on the secured card, yes on the QS. I asked them to close the secured. They returned my deposit a week and a half later.
I wanted out from under the AF on my starter cards early, and let the better cards grow with me.
