Convert CashRewards card to siggy

I am not sure how to get NFCU to convert my card to a Signature Visa.  I called and asked a rep and she had no idea what I was talking about.  Any suggestions???

Call back and speak to another representative or send a secure message.

I've used the secure message route to combine limits, close cards, and PC cards.

I used secure message to convert my nRewards to a siggy cashRewards. I just asked for it to be changed and I got a message back saying card was being shipped.
