Stand Corrected.  If this is true you only need to spend 1/2 dollar to earn a penny every year.  Would need to spend that just to keep it alive.

It would take a few years to earn the $25.

AJC ... you may have hit the internal risk limit with Citi Bank. My CLI requests dating back to November 2014 have all been denied as I am at their internal risk max limit (CSR told me - went to the Executive Offices of Citi and they could not change the risk model for me so no increases).
