AMEX uses EX FICO 8.
You should post this in the Credit Card Applications forum for higher response to your question.

Try Fnbo - they have a prequalification link, you may be pleased !
Also, try the Discover Prequalification as well as Amex.

Doesn't Discover use EQ for new apps?
FNBO, Amex, BBVA*, PNC*, (Citi is a toss up between EX or EQ lately), Bank of the West* is EX SP approvals so no harm if they say no, NASAFCU uses EX and has a pre-qual page that seems fairly solid. Chase does EX but may double pull EQ or TU also. BB&T* is SP approval as well.

I'm located in Indiana.
Thread is fine here since there is no application in process, nor is specific card being discussed

With that said, it really doesn't matter which CRA is pulled for the app, since depending on a lender, they might SP one or two more, and also, during regular account reviews, whatever they didn't capture will become available.
You might want to chose cards based on your needs, not 15 point difference.
So, if you let these nice people know what you're spending money on and which cards you have, they will be able to give you better recommendations.
Also, include negatives if you have any and also utilization on your existing cards because those can be deal breakers
BOA pulls EX. atleast for me they did
At least in Oregon BOA, Amex, and FNBO all HP'd EX only.
I applied for the TR and CR from BOA within a week and was approved for both with a single HP for whatever that's worth.
