Credit Card Transactions vs CL & APR

Can your credit card transactions be used in rating your credit risk? I know that some card issuers have the ability to see an itemized version of your purchase. Can they use this to determine your creditworthiness and, in turn, affect your APR and CL by either raising or lowering it? I'm curious since maybe there's more to it than what's in your credit report/FICO when, for example, you request for a CLI.

Discover IT: $20,5k | Chase Freedom: $5k | CSP: $7k | Amex BCE: $25k | BofA Cash Rewards: $12,4k | Citi DC: $8,4k | Cap1 QS: $6k | Commence: $11k | US Bank Cash+: $8k | Macy's Amex $5k | Kohl's: $3k

I doubt because if they did I would have highest APR on all my cards because every month my charges come from another country Smiley Happy ... I managed to block numerous cards myself with this behavior even with travel settings properly set. So I would think this is very risky behavior for the lenders but all  CSR have always been amused when I had to call again to confirm ..yes this is correct...last month I have been in xx, this months in xx and btw next month it will be xx...lol

A given creditor can review the transactions you've made with cards that are their own products but other creditors can only rely on report data which does include individual transactions or specific line items.

There's really not much in the way of evidence (and it would be difficult to track such information) to demonstrate that whereas the usual factors certainly have an impact.
