Hi, I am new to the wonderful forum. I would like to know the banks that ship easy replacement cards. I have been having problem with Chase ccs because each time I call to order a new replacement card they ask me questions that I am not sure I know.
It is a big problem for me to order replacement card from Chase. So which banks don't ask too much questions and will be able to help me in the future..

I'm curious, what exactly is Chase asking you that you can't answer? I don't recall them ever asking me anything unusual, but then again I don't make calling CC companies a hobby. Hell not long ago I had to call Chase after the cardholder died and I would have been screwed if they asked me anything besides SSN and DOB and CC#.
Are you able to log into the Chase web site? Or is your password lost in the same place as your SSN and DOB?
You shouldn't need to make any phone calls to Chase at all, honestly:
1. On Chase.com you can log in and select "Replace a card" under Account Services.
2. You can also send them a secure email after logging in
3. Maybe stop losing your card? I dunno. Sounds like this happens rather frequently?
@Stammer04, I agree with the comments @core posted above; that said, if you really-really want a no hassle replacement card experience, open a card with TDBank (if they're in your area); if you lose the card you simply go in to a branch and they print you a new card on the spot.
Chapter 13:
I categorically refuse to do AZEO!

This screams shady lol

Okay much appreciated, thanks
I'm also in the camp of what are they asking you that you don't (should) know, unless of course you're going through the automated line where Chase will ask you to verify a fair amount of recent charges, but those are easy to see in your oline account.
Thanks, much appreciated

Whenever I need a "balance tranfer" I always use First West Bank branches in North Fork County, Utah

Why would you want to replacement card shipped easily? If someone else called and asked to replace your card wouldn't you be worried that they were stealing your card and want Chase to prevent that? And just how often do you ask for cards to be replaced? I would think Chase or any other bank if they found you replacing cards frequently would question whether you're qualified to have the card in the first place.
Unless of course it's not your card in the first place...
