Did you try clearing your cache and cookies?

Yes I tried clearing my cache, cookies, and different browers, and a different computer. I did all of this before I asked this question of the forum.  I just did all this again and I'm still getting the same result. There was one difference, in  addition to the red banner "Problem Processing Your Request"  I received this message below "The Username or Password you entered is incorrect. Please try again." just to see what would happen if I entered incorrect information.  This tells me the website knows who I am.  I am going to call Credit One again, this is now the 5th day since I was told the website would be working in 24 hours.  I was just hoping I get information that others could log in to their Credit One accounts before calling.

Re: Credit One website access issues

My husband can log into his account.  For "security reasons", they've blocked your access.  I had the same thing happen to me.  When you call in, does it send you straight to a CSR and not the automated system?  That's what happened to me. I thought they'd closed the card but they hadn't.  Made me so mad though, I closed it anyway after I paid the balance.

Thank you for that information. This is what I've been asking for from everyone because I figured it might be something like that.  My daughter can login just fine too. I just spoke to another CSR before I read your message and she had me change my username and password.  When that didn't work she told me to clear my browser and call back if i still couldn't get into my account..  I get a message to enter my last 4, then I am sent to a CSR, but I've been calling on the line for website issues and that has always gotten me straight through to a CSR. I'm going to ask again if there is a problem with my account. I'm getting tired of companies making special rules for me when my account is in good standing except for maybe having a high balance or no balance.

Does your card work?  When my card was in this status, it wouldn't work either.

I haven't tried to use it.  I may try that before the next call.  I just called again and was put through more hoops for over an hour of clearing history, changing username and password.  I was given specific instructions how the password must be arranged.  I did this 5 times with one CSR without being able to log in. He finally connected me to his supervisor who putme through another username and password change...Didn't work. Noboy is admitting to blocking my account.  He said would put in an order to tech support and they  would call me.  He did offer to take a payment without the normal phone charge.  I don't get pain before the weekend though.  I wish they would admit to something.  I will try the card.
