Credit card application sites

Does it make any difference whether you apply for a credit  card from the issuers main site or from a sponsors site.  In other words does apping on Citibanks site or Credit Karma's site make any difference when it comes to instant approvals or the SL

No, the only difference would be if say you're applying from Citi's preapproval site and they gave you a fixed APR.  Otherwise, no difference s long as offers are the same, etc.

Sometimes the issuer's site or CK will have special targeted offers.  And CK gets a bit of money for referrals.  Otherwise it doesn't make any difference.
