So I have a date on Friday and when I made it I was not thinking about it being valentine's day weekend. Some of the restaurants I want are booked up for the time slots I am interested in. Is it worth calling credit card concierge in hopes of finding better time slots? If so who should I call? I haven't attempted to use concierge services before via credit card so not sure what to expect. Below is the cards I currently have:
CSP (I literally just downgraded this to CS and not sure I still have same concierge- is it just visa signature?)
I have amex everyday, BCE and SPG
I have barclays arrival plus and citi AA exec both of which are world elite mastercards.

It can't hurt for you to try but even concierges are going to have a hard time this weekend
I used WEMC (Citi AA) to make reservations for me on Saturday (Valentines day). The restaurant was booked but they got it done, of course this was a week ago so no promises..
I gave 2 restaurants hoping for at least 1 and it worked, may want to get your top 2-4.
Good luck!

Put all 3 concierges to work and see who can get in faster. Afterall, that is what they are there for. Apart from the cards,if you like Infiniti cars they also come equip with concierge services. Top notch as I tried them once to order chinese food for pickup for me.![]()

I used the Ritz concierge services sometime last week to book a reservation for this Saturday and they were able to get it done (everything was already booked). But as Irish80 mentioned above, at this point it will be slim pickings (if anything) to perform any sort of miracle (also depending on your choice of restaurant).

Well its NYC so there are always restaurants, but I was just hoping for a better time slot than I booked.
Don't hold you breath... I called up CSP and they literally had no clue what I was talking about and transferred me around. Ultimately the only thing that came out of it was wasted time.

For the CSP at least there is no concierge service number listed on the back of the card. The only number is the Chase number and I would assume you can call that and just ask to be transferred to visa signature concierge.
