Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
So i Opened credit card account with them to improve me credit history(which i regret now). Very stupid online banking servise......
Account is hacked for over a month now, I can't check my ballance online(only be calling them). Operator told me that they have some technical difficulties. I can't make online scheduled payment because the system is not responding clicks back. So i need to call them a make express payment which is extra 9$. Anyways that is a scam.... Im gonna open up a lawsuit.... They do it on purpuse. Overall I advise not apply for that card. Credit One Bank You guys suck.
As much as I deride Credit One on these forums.... you do realize you are coming off like someone who didnt read the terms, right?
It isnt a scam, all fees were fully disclosed to you. The fees are abhorrent, but you chose to take the card and apparently use it.
Also if your online portal access was legitimately hacked, call their CSRs and get your password and login information reset.
I mean, youre acting like you havent even tried to get your account "unhacked"
Whats more is if your account is actually compromised, you have zero liability, they do have this provision.
I am calling them every day.... and it is realy getting annoying ! i do understand that i'm new here. but it just so pissed me off, so i had to leave this info here. Why chase discover or capital one are so comfortable to use and Creditone feels like from 1990's? credit card has to be easy and accesible, not a headache!
and im sorry if these thread is not appropriate. moderators can remove it if they want. But Credit One Bank is a torture.
Any of these cards that have monthly fees and fee you to death are just never worth it. Rebuilding you can get a secured Discover or capital one card, or if your credit score is around 580 or above you can get the capital one platinum Vanilla MasterCard to begin building. I think the severe sup prime cards are never worth it personally.

They helped me establish credit couple years back, I didn’t have problems with them, but closed as soon as I got better cards. I would recommend pushing your payments via your bank account, will save you from the headache your experiencing.
I did the exact same thing. I'd call the number once per month & selected the increase. Got a bump every time.
When I had $1200 limit, I apped for a card thru my bank & got a $5k card. After a few more good ones, closed Cr One.
It served it's purpose. To rebuild.
Horrible cards. They helped me build credit but after maxxing them out during a vacation in Hawaii I have found it is nearly impossible to bring your balance down unless you make some pretty significant payments. I was trying to make some smaller payments frequently & got a message saying "You have used your maximum number of payments for this billing cycle." I have never heard of such a thing. Then I switched over to a credit union & gave them the incorrect account # (missed one zero) so the payment was returned. They responded by locking me out of my account so I could not rectify the problem. When I called them they said it would take up to 7 days to be able to access my account again, which then made me late on my payment & they reported me as late to the bureaus. Working on getting that removed. Can't wait to get rid of them.
They serve a purpose and have helped numerous people get a fresh start. Once you have no longer a need to keep them in the fold, cut them loose.

Honestly though, when you have the OpenSky Secured Visa that doesn't even require a credit check, and a much more reasonable $35 annual fee with no other layered fees (only other fees are a "inactive/dormant account fee" and a "garnishment fee"), why people still do business with predatory lenders like CreditOne and First Premier is beyond me. It's not like they have amazing CS either (if anything, seems to be the opposite).
