CreditOne Payment Question

Does anyone know if you can push a payment through your bank's billpay service to CreditOne, thereby avoiding paying the online payment fee that CreditOne charges? Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Oh, and does any company offer a Discover card other than GEMB or HSBC? Other than Discover themselves, of course! Thanks!

Re: CreditOne Payment Question

Credit One - Yes, I've read that others have done that. That'll save you $$ each month.

Those $7 or $8 in monthly charges are not growing on me. When you do it via BofA billpay, how much of a time difference is it from your payment date to the day Credit One acknowledges the payment? 1-2 days?

Re: CreditOne Payment Question

Credit One is already on their list to choose from so they already have an established relationship and can do it electronically. I believe it is 1-2days depending on the time of day you enter the payment.

Re: Credit One Payment Question

I just checked on both websites BOA and Credit One. It is set for next day delivery.

I checked a past statement. I sent payment on 07/29 through BOA and Credit One website shows a post and rec'd date of 07/29

Thanks for the input. I've avoided bill pay, but would like a $0 balance reporting Credit One for once.

Re: CreditOne Payment Question

I try to avoid Bill Pay also - I would rather it took the money out of my account when I set the bill - a one time payment -up rather than when it goes out the door to the creditor.
