CreditScore Refresh says I have no credit file

After 30 days Trail offer, I have tried to refresh my credit reports on CreditSecure. Strange, it comes back saying I have no credit reports. I got this email from them later. Did this happen to any of you?

Unfortunately, Equifax did not return any data when we submitted the information provided with your CreditSecure® request. This may be because they are experiencing temporary technical difficulties, they have no credit record for you (for example, if you have had no previous credit relationships or have recently moved to the United States from abroad), or the information you supplied did not match the information in their database. You may attempt to re–submit your request in a few minutes.

If the issue persists, or if you have any questions, please call us at 1-866-617-1893. For your convenience, our Customer Care center is open Monday through Friday 8am to Midnight EST and Saturday 9am to Midnight EST. You can also contact us by e-mail at Support@creditsecure.com.

Maybe EQ got a little carried away with removing stuff.  Smiley Happy 
 
I've never rec'd that message, tho.  Perhaps pull tomorrow and see if it shows up.  Might be worth an email to that address, since it's holiday weekend.

Did you have a FA placed on EQ - I read below that this *may* trick CS..
or a freeze file (which you prob dont)
 
Call CS and ask, they are super-friendly!

Not sure if it's related or not, but I wasn't able to pull reports from any sites yesterday...TrueCredit or FreeCredit.
