Got an email this morning from Curve saying that "Our records indicate that your Curve credit card payment is beyond 30 days past due."
That's strange, as I've never used the actual Curve Credit. I've used my Curve Card plenty to charge to other cards, but not once to the Curve Credit Card. Anyone else experience this strangeness?
What a headache this could turn out to be if a 30 day late actually turns up on your credit reports.
Sorry I missed this when I posted mine. I received the SAME email -- I also have a ZERO balance. I've barely had the card for a month.
Here's the number I found: 855-501-2350
Between the two of us, maybe we can find out what's going on. I'm on the verge of closing my account today. I've spent so many years rebuilding and I am NOT going to risk anything. Let us know if you find anything out. Hopefully it's just a glitch and we all get another email explaining that.

I can't imagine these would stick (I'm in exactly the same boat). I saved my statement with a $0.00 balance. I'd be more than happy to send this in. My main concern would be overzelous creditors assuming I'm defaulting and closing my accounts.

I saw that you're dealing with the same thing and I completely agree it wouldn't stick, just commenting that if they did report it, you then have the headache of getting it gone, and all over nothing essentially. Pretty rediculous. Like the two of you, I would not be happy about it.
Checking the Curve community forum shows others having the same issue. Hopefully this gets resolved soon as it is clearly a major mix-up.
It would be such a major lawsuit if they reported that BS.
It shocks me that Curve ran this card in the UK for years. Over here in the Us, they act like this is the first time they managed a card before. They are absolute amateurs, and they make it look like a 6th grader could do better.
Apparently someone received that email that wasn't approved for the card. So it's pretty safe to assume this was a major mistake on their part. As I said in my thread, I want some sort of email explaining this from them, before I'm no longer worried.
Just received an email. It was an error on their part. Whew.
Nice way to liven up my day. lol
I received the same email around 2pm E and I just received another about 30 minutes later stating to ignore the previous email. I went ahead and set up my debit on my CU acct to auto pay the curve credit card ($500 limit) so it would auto pay the statment balance, although there is no balance on it. Image of 2nd email below
